Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your NexTool account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
